Many have prayed and fasted about it, but have not arrived at the desired haven. I will not condemn them because I have been in that same position before, like them, where I desire that someone who is really anointed will just come along and wave their hands over me so that it would just happen without too much effort required from me. But that's just where we miss it. God does require us to do something, and what He requires of us is not something that is difficult for us to do. In fact the provision God has already made available for us thru Jesus made it all the more easy to accomplish.
