All Consuming Desire #7

Faith confession is what you believe in your heart and confess with
your mouth. It is more than just a recitation of prayers from a book.
Your whole heart must be fully involved with it to get results.

Romans 10:10
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.

You believe with your heart that you have recieved what you prayed for
at that time when you prayed, then you make corresponding confessions
which will result into the manifestation of the desired thing!

You must couple up your confession of faith with corresponding action
- behave as someone who actually believe that his prayers are answered
(not just heard).

The apostle James said, "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead,
being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works:
shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by
my works" (James 2:17-18). Your works (actions) will show your faith
or the lack of it. Make sure you really believe that you have recieved
the very things you asked for, nothing else. It's so so simple when
you get it right.

The last thing (which really is the first thing) then is, What do you
want from God, and How important is it to you? Whatever it may be, God
wants you to have it long before you know you want it.

The Bible says, "But my God shall supply all your need according to
his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). Notice that
Paul didn't say, My God shall supply few or some or many of your need.
He said, ALL.

Time Element in Faith

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! There is an element of time involved in the principle of faith. Misunderstanding this important element will cause a failure of faith. The Bible says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). When should one take the step of faith? (Now!) Paul said, "Now faith is . . . the evidence of things not seen". When you are standing by faith, what you're believing God for is neither seen nor felt. You're just standing in faith for it - calling those things which be not as though they were. If you've asked God for a car, by faith you say, 'I believe that I have my car now.' This is neither pretence nor a lie. You really must believe this way. You don't have to see it first or feel it before you believe it. Faith's Place
