Are You Prepared?

I hope it's not too late to say, "Happy New Year" to you my friend. Anyway, Hi! I wish you a most fulfilling year 2009 in Jesus' name!

I've been busy that's why I have not posted any other message since September. But now we are here. I hope you are alright. I've been better too. Thank God.

What I have for you now is a WAKE UP CALL. You'd better take your sit and get it straight!

I have taken note of the fact that most believers are ill-prepared for the circumstances that came their way in the very recent past, and that's quite pathetic.

Let me ask you this question, What will you do, as a believer, if you are faced with sickness and disease situation? Do you have any idea at all what you should do? And where spiritual things are concerned, if you found yourself faced with a demonic situation, do you know what to do in order to overcome it?

A medical doctor, named, Dr. Colbert, wrote a series of books, titled, WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW MAY BE KILLING YOU? What you are ignorant of may be the very thing that is killing YOU! God lamented, "My people perish for lack of KNOWLEDGE!" (Hosea 4: 6). God desires that you have knowledge. He desires that you know all the things you need to know in order live and exist successfully in this world.

When people visit grocery stores they know exactly what they need to buy and that is what they bought. Believers need to visit Christian bookstores to get their needed balanced spiritual diets whether or not their pastors are giving it to them. You need to read and study the various books on different topics that the Bible talks about. The Bible says, "Man shall live by every WORD that proceeds from the mouth of God" (Matthew 4: 4). EVERY WORD!

Your preparation starts when you begin to read and study the Word of God, and other Christian literatures, listen to messages on both audio and video tapes and cds. That's how to get started because these things that are taught from the Bible are the things you can use to get ahead in life and experience your victories in ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE!

Please, GET STARTED! God bless.

A Soldier Gone To Headquaters

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! A senior friend just went home to be with the Lord, PASTOR PATRICK EZEKUDE OBAZE. He was aged 78 years old. I got to know him in 1985 after I became a part of the Faith Clinic which was founded by Rev. (Dr.) I.K.U. Ibeneme of blessed memory. Uncle 'Bobo' Obaze, as was fondly called by Dr. Ibeneme, was one of the numerous workers that the Faith Clinic had in those days in the mid-80s. All the workers came from different churches and ministries, and were of various ages and giftings. In spite of his age, He was simple and humble. He was easy to get along with, and very kind. He loved Jesus and was as excited about Him as anyone of us was who were much younger than he was. Like other workers of the ministry he was involved in deliverance ministrations. He often traveled with Dr. Ibeneme for outside ministrations. He also had a special love to minister the Holy Ghost baptism. He had great success in this area of ministry. I know it because I was a...

The Holy Spirit Moves 4

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! The works of the Holy Spirit varies, no one knows it all. But it's so exciting when one finds out about them. I was part of the Faith Clinic team that travelled with Dr. I. K. U. Ibeneme to minister at a campmeeting, December 1985. It was a deliverance session with the church on the outskirt of Lagos State. Our method of ministry was to ask individuals what problem they have, and we minister accordingly. After I had prayed with several people, it came to the turn of a brother. I went thru the normal process of our ministration and he stuttered and said, 'I am a stammerer'. I was flabbergasted because at that moment I didn't know what to do. But I just said, 'In Jesus' name, I plead the blood. Be healed!' and I took off to another place. During the testimony time, the brother said in very clear words, 'You know me. . . ' and the place became wild with excitement and shouts of 'Hallelujah!' rended the air!...

Faith and the Will of God

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! Where exactly in the prayer of faith can we find the will of God? The will of God means what GOD expects, requires and demands, to be done by you. Paul said in his epistle to the Hebrew Christians, "... ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise" (Hebrews 10:36). It is after you've done the will of God that YOU will experience the fulfillment of the promise. The will of God for you when using Mark 11: 24 is that part where Jesus said, "... when ye pray, believe that you recieve them ..." . Once you miss this part, you would have wasted your time and prayer. The will of God in this verse deals with, 1. The time of your prayer WHEN YOU PRAY, and, 2. What you believe when YOU PRAY. The other important thing about your prayer life that goes with the matter of the will of God has to do with your life. You must be a person of godly character. You must fear God and treat other peo...
