The Revelation Gifts [Part Two]

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola

Good day to you my friend. I hope that life is good for you, that all things are well with you, and that things are going in the right direction for you. Today, I want you to enjoy another excerpt from my book The Revelation of the Awesome Power of the Holy Spirit. The book is being re-edited right now with some other important truths been added to it for the benefit of every reader. So watch out for it.

Next month June, 7-9, 2009, I will be with the Christ Chapel International Churches, Isolo Centre, Isolo, Lagos State for a Holy Ghost Meeting. Then also in June I will be with Tower of Grace Victory Church for Holy Ghost Invasion Seminar from 24th-28th June, 2009. I will give you detail on how to reach this one in my next posting. Please, do take care of yourself, be of good cheer, and have a very nice day. Enjoy today's message:

The Word of Wisdom

Isaiah 46:9-10
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.
10 Declaring the END FROM THE BEGINNING and from ANCIENT TIMES THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT YET DONE, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.

God reveals to us in this passage that one of the qualities that makes Him God is His ability to know what is yet to be. He can tell you how things will turn out. He can tell you what will become of anything or anyone. The Holy Spirit also has this quality. He knows as much about the future as He does about yesterday. The Holy Spirit is in the position to tell or show you exactly what will happen in 40 year’s time, on the 4th of October, at 4.00 p.m. He can even tell or show you where you will be in the next ten years and what you will be doing.

Some people, including Christians, believe that because the Holy Spirit knows all that will happen in the future, He planned it to be so. When bad things happen, such people say “God knows about it”, meaning He caused it. In the light of God’s Word, this is an erroneous belief. God will cease to be God if He does not know what is going on in His universe. He knows. He is all-knowing. He is Omniscient (all-knowing) and Omnipresent (sees all things).

Psalm 139:7-12 [Parentheses mine]
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit [the Holy Spirit]?
or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
11 If I say, surely the darkness shall cover me, even the night shall be light about me.
12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

The revelation gifts of the Spirit show us that the Holy Spirit knows everything and sees everything, both in the realm of the spirit and in the physical realm. The Holy Spirit can see you in the dark of night just as well as He can see you in the light of day. He misses nothing. He can hear what you think in your mind, what you speak with your mouth, and knows the intents of your heart. You cannot hide anything from Him.

Malachi 3:16-17
16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the LORD HEARKENED, AND HEARD IT, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that THOUGHT UPON HIS NAME.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

The Holy Spirit knows all things in the past, the present and the future. The scope of the manifestation of the revelation gifts is within these areas. How He is able to be present everywhere at the same time is a mystery. The mind cannot really understand it but we know it is true. ... to be continued.

A Soldier Gone To Headquaters

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! A senior friend just went home to be with the Lord, PASTOR PATRICK EZEKUDE OBAZE. He was aged 78 years old. I got to know him in 1985 after I became a part of the Faith Clinic which was founded by Rev. (Dr.) I.K.U. Ibeneme of blessed memory. Uncle 'Bobo' Obaze, as was fondly called by Dr. Ibeneme, was one of the numerous workers that the Faith Clinic had in those days in the mid-80s. All the workers came from different churches and ministries, and were of various ages and giftings. In spite of his age, He was simple and humble. He was easy to get along with, and very kind. He loved Jesus and was as excited about Him as anyone of us was who were much younger than he was. Like other workers of the ministry he was involved in deliverance ministrations. He often traveled with Dr. Ibeneme for outside ministrations. He also had a special love to minister the Holy Ghost baptism. He had great success in this area of ministry. I know it because I was a...

Re-visiting Faith #5

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! One can spend a whole lifetime studying the subject of faith and one will continue to learn so many sides that are involved therein. Let's look at our main text again: Hebrews 11: 6 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Diligence is an attribute and attitude of faith. There is a kind of seriousness that is attached to the Bible kind of faith which is why God demands diligence in the seeker. The dictionary defines the word "diligence" as "careful and conscientious" and the word "careful" as "paying close attention". The word "conscientious" is defined "been diligent with one's work" . I don't think this can be overly emphasised since it is the very basis and fabric of our relationship with the Most High God. You can just imagine why this faith business ...

All Consuming Desire #5

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour really gave us the definition of faith in Mark 11:23-24. He showed us exactly what we need to do. So everytime we take the faith stand, what we believe matters. We can't say after we've prayed the prayer of faith, "I am expecting such and such from God." To do that is to get out of faith which will abort our prayer. You must believe that you have recieved what you asked for in prayer WHEN YOU PRAY, and then it will manifest. But if you want to wait untill you see it manifest, you will never get to see it. This is where B.U.S.H. comes in. Believe you have recieved Untill Something Happens (untill it manifest). Once you believe you have recieved, stay put in that mode - regardless of how you feel or what you've not seen or felt. Just believe it's done for you already. That's what will cause the manifestation! Jesus said, "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, ...
