Holy Spirit, My Resident Helper

Hello there, Friend. It's been quite awhile since I posted any message here. I hope you've been ok and things are going well with you. Well, I've been okay and busy too. I've been to some churches in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Lagos and Ibadan.

A friend of mine and his family, in obedience to the leading of God in his life, had a valedictory service for his church, and then, at the same service launched and innaugurated his ministry to go into the field of ministry as a roving minister around the world. He will be holding leadership conferences all over the place. The most important thing in this life is for one to obey God's leading per time.

Between my last posting and this, I began writing another book titled, Holy Spirit, My Resident Helper. I can really tell you right now, this is a must have book. It will be out in print by next week, God willing. I am still working on the much bigger volume titled, The Reality of the Holy Spirit. Sometime when people see my books almost having the same title, they have thought that maybe I teach the same things in all these books. But no, the focus and emphasis of each book is different. Some other times, when some Pastors wanted to introduce me to their members, they introduced me as someone who had come to minister the Holy Spirit baptism to them, which of course is just an aspect to what I actually was going to teach them. The Lord told me, Build Me an Army that KNOWS the Spirit, WALKS in the Spirit and FLOWS in the Spirit. This is my responsibility and I am pursuing only that. I can teach other topics, but this is my assignment. When you ministers of the Gospel want me in your churches, please invite me to come and do only this. Do not create topics for me to come and teach.

You my partners and friends, I need you to do the usual. Send in your supports, and keep holding me up in your prayers. I really need both right now. May God bless and keep you in all ramifications in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. See you next time.

Remember that the new book, Holy Spirit, My Resident Helper, will be out by next week. Get your own copy and buy for your friends, colleagues and family!

Hope, And Then Have Faith in God!

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! There is a clear difference between hope and faith. Hope cannot achieve anything without faith, and faith has nothing to recieve without hope. Hope expects and faith recieves. One of hope's definition is 'eager yearning'. Hope dreams and will keep you smiling, but achieve nothing more than that. Hope is a picture of the things you want to have. Faith, on the other hand, does not expect anything. It is a reciever. Faith takes the unrealities of hope and brings them into the realm of reality. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11: 1). It's just as if hope has been there waiting and achieving nothing untill faith arrived and grabbed hope and bring into reality what hope dreamt about. Now listen up, faith doesn't just come. Faith is produced through the knowledge of the Word of God that you've repeatedly heard (Romans 10: 17). Many times you don't have to hear God...

The Holy Spirit Moves 5

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! One major lesson that I began to learn as a born-again Christian is the subject of faith, and I am still learning it after 24years. I found out that if a Christian is ignorant of this subject, he will lead a lopsided life. Things will be very difficult for him in this life. The Bible says, "The just shall live by his faith" (Habakuk 2: 4). God works with those who have learnt and are living and walking by faith. The Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11: 6). So faith is a must for those that would walk with God. In Mark 11: 22-24, the Bible says, "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that tho...

Greetings

Hi there, friend! A happy new month to you. Usually, I greet my friends or acquaintances this way, "H.appy New Year" even if the last time I saw them was just a week ago. Just a funny greeting. The exciting ministry times still continues. I have just ended a whole month ministry time with the Believers' Fellowship in Ibadan here. So many people were blessed during the course of the meeting. I don't have pictures here because I misplaced my digi-cam. My Holy Ghost Miracle Service is now what we are preparing for between now and October. It's going to be a two-day event, three services - two evenings and one morning Life Seminar. We are preparing to use a church's venue here in Ibadan. I lost my mother-in-law just two days ago and she's going to be buried next week Saturday. Her own mum is still alive. She was a good mother to all her children, including me. So we plan to give her a beffiting funeral at Owo Town, Ondo State. A friend sent me an e-mail and I ...
