God's Will 606 #7

Shalom! I began a series of teaching on 'How to be Led by the Holy Spirit' last Tuesday 6th April, followed by the second session on Sunday, and the last session will hold this evening at CCIC Ibadan centre. It's an excitingly deep programme.

Come this Friday, 16th April, I will begin a 3day meeting on the Holy Spirit with the CCIC Ikotun centre till Sunday the 18th April.

On the 28th of April I will feature in the God Will Do It Ministries Ibadan annual SODAH Crash programme, lecturing on the Holy Spirit in relation to Deliverance Ministration.

On the 30th of April, I am already slated to feature at the All Night programme of CCIC D-LINE centre in Port Harcourt.

TODAY: The most important thing about guidance from the Holy Spirit is the will of God. The Holy Spirit will always guide in accordance with the will of God.

1. It is the will of God that you will be led by the Spirit of God in line with the will of God for your life.

2. It is the will of God that the Holy Spirit will provide you with His divine counsel and guidance in your everyday life and situations if you will let Him.

Time Element in Faith

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! There is an element of time involved in the principle of faith. Misunderstanding this important element will cause a failure of faith. The Bible says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). When should one take the step of faith? (Now!) Paul said, "Now faith is . . . the evidence of things not seen". When you are standing by faith, what you're believing God for is neither seen nor felt. You're just standing in faith for it - calling those things which be not as though they were. If you've asked God for a car, by faith you say, 'I believe that I have my car now.' This is neither pretence nor a lie. You really must believe this way. You don't have to see it first or feel it before you believe it. Faith's Place

Hebrews 11: 5-6 5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
