The Healing Presence #1

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola

Shalom! There is a healing provision that God has made available for the individual believer in Christ to be healed. Yes, primarily, Jesus provided healing for every sickness and disease through the stripes on His back. This healing is also exceptionally made available through
the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. The Bible puts it this way:

Romans 8:11
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

The Bible says here that if the Holy Spirit is in you, the Father God will quicken or make full of life your physical body. The only condition is if He is in there, in you.

Some people have another spirit in them other than the One who raised Jesus from the dead. But if you have the real One, healing is available for your physical body. It is the will of God for your body to be healed through the Holy Spirit who lives in you.

You can be double-sure that this provision is yours. Here they are:

1. At the new birth, when you got born-again, the person of the Holy Spirit was given and placed in you as your Comforter.

2. When you got baptized into the Holy Spirit, His power filled you up for service to reach the whole world with the preaching of the Gospel of Christ.

Having experienced the first or the two touches of God meant that the Holy Spirit is in you now, and so you can be healed in your physical body of whatever kind of ailment you may be suffering from. Healing is definitely yours for the asking.

Till next posting, God bless.

Greetings

Hi there, friend! A happy new month to you. Usually, I greet my friends or acquaintances this way, "H.appy New Year" even if the last time I saw them was just a week ago. Just a funny greeting. The exciting ministry times still continues. I have just ended a whole month ministry time with the Believers' Fellowship in Ibadan here. So many people were blessed during the course of the meeting. I don't have pictures here because I misplaced my digi-cam. My Holy Ghost Miracle Service is now what we are preparing for between now and October. It's going to be a two-day event, three services - two evenings and one morning Life Seminar. We are preparing to use a church's venue here in Ibadan. I lost my mother-in-law just two days ago and she's going to be buried next week Saturday. Her own mum is still alive. She was a good mother to all her children, including me. So we plan to give her a beffiting funeral at Owo Town, Ondo State. A friend sent me an e-mail and I ...

Hope, And Then Have Faith in God!

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! There is a clear difference between hope and faith. Hope cannot achieve anything without faith, and faith has nothing to recieve without hope. Hope expects and faith recieves. One of hope's definition is 'eager yearning'. Hope dreams and will keep you smiling, but achieve nothing more than that. Hope is a picture of the things you want to have. Faith, on the other hand, does not expect anything. It is a reciever. Faith takes the unrealities of hope and brings them into the realm of reality. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11: 1). It's just as if hope has been there waiting and achieving nothing untill faith arrived and grabbed hope and bring into reality what hope dreamt about. Now listen up, faith doesn't just come. Faith is produced through the knowledge of the Word of God that you've repeatedly heard (Romans 10: 17). Many times you don't have to hear God...

The Holy Spirit Moves 5

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! One major lesson that I began to learn as a born-again Christian is the subject of faith, and I am still learning it after 24years. I found out that if a Christian is ignorant of this subject, he will lead a lopsided life. Things will be very difficult for him in this life. The Bible says, "The just shall live by his faith" (Habakuk 2: 4). God works with those who have learnt and are living and walking by faith. The Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11: 6). So faith is a must for those that would walk with God. In Mark 11: 22-24, the Bible says, "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that tho...
