The Healing Presence #3

Romans 8:11
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

There are a lot of truths embedded in this one verse, and I am not about to unveil all of them in this series of lessons. Just have this Word in mind, from the lips of Jesus, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).

The condition in our main text (Romans 8:11) is predicated upon the dwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in the born-again Christian's life.

In some measure, the power of the indwelling Spirit is pulsating thru the veins of every child of God, whether or not he realises it. God, our Father, by the Holy Spirit, is quickening or injecting life into our physical body. We need to be aware of this.

In 1979, at a Kenneth Copeland's meeting, as Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin was preaching, his photographer took a shot of him. When the photo was developed, what was not seen physically was apparent on it. Flashes of fire and power was seen shooting out from every part of his body!

Be aware of this, the power of the Holy Spirit is flowing thru your body, if you've been born-again, and it can bring healing both to your body and those of other people. Remember that the woman with the issue of blood got healed by the virtue that flowed out of Jesus' body. The Spirit of God was in Jesus like He is in you now, child of God.

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! One major lesson that I began to learn as a born-again Christian is the subject of faith, and I am still learning it after 24years. I found out that if a Christian is ignorant of this subject, he will lead a lopsided life. Things will be very difficult for him in this life. The Bible says, "The just shall live by his faith" (Habakuk 2: 4). God works with those who have learnt and are living and walking by faith. The Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11: 6). By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Good day to you friend. Today, I want to share some of the things the Holy Spirit had done in my ministry in retrospect. This is meant to inspire you. God can use any believer in Christ to do these things and more. In fact Jesus puts it this way: John 14: 12-14 12 ¶ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
