This is what the Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6). I want to suggest that you go over this verse of the Bible as many times as possible. The understanding you will receive will open up a lot of things in your relationship with the Almighty God. When you want to approach the Holy Ghost for fellowship, the approach of faith matters very much. You must approach Him the way Hebrews 11:6 instructs - by faith. You must be certain that He is there and that He will respond to your invitation. That is faith. You shouldn't be expecting a physical sensation to confirm His Presence. Every child of God has the God-given privilege of having presently in their lives the presence and person of the Holy Ghost (or Spirit). According to the plan and purpose of the Almighty God the Father, He has been in that life since the moment he accepted Jesus.
