The Holy Spirit #8

Shalom! There's a chorus that we used to sing at the ministry where I used to work.

'My hands are blessed
With the blessings of God 2ce

Everyone I touch
Surely must be blessed
Everything I touch
Surely must be blessed

My hands are filled
With the blessings of God.'

A lady took this song home and began to lay hands on everyone as she sang it, and all kinds of things began to happen to people. One person got healed the moment she touched him.

Why did I share this story? Since your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, He is in you now. Every part of your body is holy and is emitting the power of God - even though you may not be feeling it. The power of God is there all the time.

It's this same thing that obtained in the life of the Apostle Peter:

Acts 5: 15
15 ... they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.

It was both because of the presence and fulness of the Holy Spirit in the life of the Apostle Peter that such power manifested through his life and ministry.

Even though you have the Holy Spirit in your life like this, you need to cultivate a close relationship with Him for such things to be taking place in your life. Get into fellowship with Him, and talk to and with Him on a regular basis. He's waiting to hear you. Talk to Him today and from now on treat Him as your closest and most intimate Friend. You're born to be a friend of God the Holy Spirit.

A Soldier Gone To Headquaters

By Revd 'Remi Tejumola Shalom! A senior friend just went home to be with the Lord, PASTOR PATRICK EZEKUDE OBAZE. He was aged 78 years old. I got to know him in 1985 after I became a part of the Faith Clinic which was founded by Rev. (Dr.) I.K.U. Ibeneme of blessed memory. Uncle 'Bobo' Obaze, as was fondly called by Dr. Ibeneme, was one of the numerous workers that the Faith Clinic had in those days in the mid-80s. All the workers came from different churches and ministries, and were of various ages and giftings. In spite of his age, He was simple and humble. He was easy to get along with, and very kind. Faith's Place
